It is your sole responsibility to read all product labels, safety data sheets (SDS), and instructional guides before use.

  • Assumption of Risk: Autobahn Detail Products is not liable for any damage to vehicles, property, or personal health resulting from the misuse, improper dilution, or incorrect application of our products. Always test products on a small, inconspicuous area first.

  • Industrial/Professional Products: Certain professional-grade products (like professional ceramic coatings) may require specialized training. Buying these products implies you have the necessary knowledge to apply them safely.

3. Accuracy of Information & Pricing

  • Product Descriptions: We attempt to display the colors, packaging, and descriptions of our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current.

  • Price Modifications: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product without liability to you or any third party.

4. Shipping, Risk of Loss, and Delivery

  • Shipping Policies: Shipping speeds and costs are calculated at checkout. Any delivery dates provided are estimates only.

  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS). We are not responsible for packages stolen after verified delivery.

  • Hazardous Materials: Some chemical products may be restricted to ground shipping only due to transit regulations.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Eligible Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original, sealed packaging.

  • Chemical/Opened Products: For safety and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns on chemical products that have been opened, unsealed, or partially used.

  • Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent), the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs.

6. Prohibited Uses

In no case shall Autobahn Detail Products, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or interns be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise—arising from your use of any of the services or any products procured using the service, including but not limited to any damage caused to vehicle paint, clear coats, interior materials, or wheels. These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which Autobahn Detail Products is registered - Georgia, USA.
